Thank you for your support of our ‘not for profit’ events.

Our ‘Event-specific Sponsorship’ can be bespoke, depending on the event, in return for advertising on our web site and at our events. We also have three Sponsorship Packages with strictly specified member contact                

Dragon’ Package $3800 . ‘Daffodil’ Package $1500 . Leek’ Package $800 .

Event-specific sponsorship:

 

1. Ball sponsorship: March Annually

• Exclusive placement of 3 free-standing banners [supplied by your company]  in drinks reception room / main ballroom / stage area.

• Logo on all ball-related online advertisements – Website, Poster, Facebook Pages, Online adverts, Ball Programme, Menu, Projector Screens during the event.

• Company leaflets/ information [supplied by your company] on drinks reception and main tables.

• Information point at St David’s Ball.

• Company mention by the Society President and evening emcee.

• Ability to sponsor raffle prize and get a company “shout-out” during raffle award ceremony e.g. 1 bottle of Champagne/Whiskey.

• 2 free tickets for the St David’s Society Annual Ball 2019.( Main Ball Sponsor)

• Information point at Race Night [e.g. spot for someone from your guest list at registration desk to collect emails and distribute information.

• Company information and logo on Society Website and all event advertisements.

• Table of 10 at the Race Night [at $100/ticket = cost price] and Information point at Race Night [e.g. spot for your representative  to collect emails and distribute information].
